The Nest: A Community of Hope is a unique, trauma-informed homeschool model designed for neurodivergent children and their families. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where traditional academic subjects and social-emotional learning (SEL) are equally emphasized.

Our approach integrates The Nesting Life model, which supports parents and caregivers in understanding their own needs while helping children grow and thrive.

At The Nest, we focus on creating a community rooted in connection, felt safety, and regulation. Our small class sizes and individualized curriculum cater to elementary through early high school students, blending structure and nurture to foster both academic and personal development. Families are an integral part of our mission, receiving regular training and support to build strong, resilient relationships.

Through collaboration with certified teachers, SEL practitioners, and a supportive community, we empower children and families to discover their unique strengths, passions, and purpose. HOPE, which stands for Optimism, Purpose, and Education, is the foundation of everything we do.

At The Nesting Life, our mission is to nurture the nurturers. We walk alongside parents and caregivers, especially those raising neurodivergent children or children with histories of trauma, to create safe, supportive, and connected family environments.

We believe that when caregivers are seen, supported, and strengthened, they can better guide their children toward healing and growth. Through holistic tools, trauma-informed practices, and community connection, we help families move from survival toward balance, resilience, and joy.We know the daily struggles of balancing organization, cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and homework. To address these challenges, we have partnered with The Nest of North Florida, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring families receive the resources and support they need. 

From offering guidance in creating structured routines to connecting families with community resources, we aim to lighten the load and foster a sense of hope and connection.

Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive academically and socially, while also equipping families with the tools to create harmony and balance in their homes. Together, we are building a community that cares for the whole family, offering practical help and meaningful connection.
